Eight sessions (one initial 90-minute session, followed by seven 60-minute sessions) where you explore what matters to you professionally and whether the issue is your current environment, your position, or the field itself. From this foundation, you develop a realistic plan for moving forward, whether that means staying and renegotiating your terms, advancing within the art world, or preparing to leave.
