Most of our objectives and dreams become closer and easier to reach once we choose to act toward them.
I am a coach, I support you as you envision what you want, plan how to achieve it, and set forth.

Many of us wish to change or enhance aspects of our lives or ourselves, yet we often feel uncertain about how to proceed, we question our resources and find it challenging to embark on the journey alone.

A coach is an experienced professional who specializes in collaborating with people on a course of transformation and growth.

As we naturally evolve and adapt along life's constant flux of transformation, coaching empowers individuals (or groups) to consciously identify their goals and move towards them by designing their path of least resistance: simpler, faster, and sustainable.

Even though it is a new profession, coaching has ancient roots (think Socrates).
It gained prominence in the 90s within leadership management in companies such as IBM, Coca-Cola, and Procter & Gamble to name a few, focusing on performance optimization and the betterment of workplace culture. While it remains essential in corporate settings, it has since expanded beyond them as a proven method for personal and professional development.

I was born and raised in Italy, and my professional and personal life has allowed me to travel extensively.
I have lived in China, Australia, The UK, and Holland and have spent long periods in Malawi, Liberia, India, the US, and Europe.

After working for 25 years in Contemporary Art (as a producer and project manager), I felt the need to move on to something different. I wanted to dedicate myself to an equally inspiring and creative career, aimed at directly improving people's lives.
Becoming an ICF coach has been a journey that has, first and foremost, improved my life, and gently turned me and my gaze from the past to the future, shifting my focus from the problems to the solutions.

My clients are now the art whose expression I foster.
